The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 44(1)(a), 43(4) and 47A(1)(b) of the NEMA, amended the National Appeal Regulations published under GNR 993 of 8 December 2014.
GNR 205 amends, inter alia, regulation 10 (i.e. the Transitional Arrangements) of the National Appeal Regulations. Care will have to be taken with respect to the transitional provisions which are deceptively intricate.
